The watch looks amazing, it is not my first watch that i purchased here however it is definitely the most beautiful one. There was an issue with delivery of some bracelet but Alessandro from customer support helped to resolve everything and was super nice and kind. So I really appreciate it.
Received a defective product, the company was super nice and sent a replacement rapidly. The new watch works perfectly and is also GORGEOUS. Great experience overall.
