What does pre-order mean?

Pre-order is an order placed for a product that is currently out of stock. The idea for pre-orders came about because people found it difficult to get popular items in our store. So we came up with the idea of allowing our customers to reserve the product and be the first to receive it!

How does the pre-order work?

Products are usually ready for shipment on the date provided on the product page during order placement, but are subject to reasonable production and / or delivery delays currently caused by COVID-19. Therefore this date is only an estimate, and is subject to change so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to ship the product by the date indicated.
