WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

For mechanical parts there is a 2 years warranty and for the strap 1 month.

For Waterproof watches, always check before any contact with water that the power button is well pressed.

Does not include:

– damage caused by improper use such as falls, scratches, barrel.

– intentional damage

– direct contact with water or strong steam jets

– wear over time

The warranty loses its value if the product is opened or repaired by third parties without Woodstock Zambon permission.

Shipping costs for repairs or returns are on customer charge.

If the product arrives damaged Woodstock will provide free to send a new product. Our assistance must be contacted within 48 hours of arrival by sending an email to our support service: woodstockzambonassistance@gmail.com

Shipment must be tracked: it is the customer responsibility return the entire product, complete with all its parts (original packaging).

Before sending a product you have to contact our assistance for a confirmation on our email address: woodstockzambonassistance@gmail.com

As soon as the package arrives in the company the re-crediting of the sum will be visible in your bank in 10 working days.

On the articles of costume jewelery there may be slight differences due to the stock of the moment. 

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Each product is handmade in our company, with the utmost care and precision, every imperfection is to be considered a particularity and originality of the unique handmade product of its kind.

We are sorry to inform you that returns are not possible for personalized products with engravings.

PRE-ORDER

In pre-order products there may be delays due to the COVID-19 situation. The date is indicative and may be subject to slight delays.

It’s not possible to cancel the order of pre-order products.

CUSTUMS DUTIES

As all orders are shipped from Italy, you do not have to pay customs duties or import taxes for orders within the EU. However, these costs can accrue outside the EU.
Customs duties go 100% to the customs of the respective country of destination and must be paid by the customer.
If you are still unsure whether you are subject to customs duties, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
