Do you have a shop or only sell online?

No, we also have our own shop and it is located in Italy near Venice.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs, if it is not free, will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Our orders depart from Italy. Orders processed in Europe will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-10 days. Find all the shipping info here.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a payment method during checkout. Packages are always traceable. And the couriers we usually use are DHL Express, FEDEX and GLS.

What does pre-order mean?

Pre-order is an order placed for a product that is currently out of stock. The idea for pre-orders came about because people found it difficult to get popular items in our store. So we came up with the idea of ​​allowing our customers to reserve the product and be the first to receive it! 

How does the pre-order work?

Products are usually ready for shipment on the date provided on the product page during order placement, but are subject to reasonable production and / or delivery delays currently caused by COVID-19. Therefore this date is only an estimate, and is subject to change so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to ship the product by the date indicated.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. The only products that cannot be returned are those personalized with engravings.

Do I have to pay custom duties?

As all orders are shipped from Italy, you do not have to pay customs duties or import taxes for orders within the EU. However, these costs can accrue outside the EU.
Customs duties go 100% to the customs of the respective country of destination and must be paid by the customer.
If you are still unsure whether you are subject to customs duties, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.

Can I engrave all the products?
Not all products can be engraved. All the jewels that can be engraved can be found in the dedicated section.

How can I have the invoice for the products?

We can make a commercial invoice for the order if asked, but the invoice need to be asked as soon as the order is made. We can not provide Invoices after the order has been shipped.

Is there a longer shipping time for engraved products?

There may be a longer waiting time generally one business day.

I want to engrave a text longer than 25 characters, what can I do?
You can insert the text between the notes of your order it is possible to make even longer engravings. (Max 50 characters)
