SHIPMENTS FOR WATCHES AND ACCESSORIES FOR ITALY
Watches and accessories are shipped from Monday to Friday and every order is sent the next working day starting from when we receive the payment.
Shipments are provided by GLS Express and the parcel arrives in 1-2 working days (except for islands, Calabria and areas poorly served; in these cases, delivery takes 3 working days).
When dispatching you’ll receive 2 e-mails: one from us and the other one from GLS, usually in the evening, where you’ll find the tracking number. Please, make sure you give us your right e-mail address and check your Spam if you don’t receive any e-mail. You can directly contact any GLS office for further information concerning the shipment; you’ll just need to indicate the tracking number. To find your nearest GLS office click on the following link:

If you don’t receive your parcel in 3 days starting from the day of the shipment, please contact GLS.
The courier tries to dispatch your order in 2 different days, but if delivery fails, GLS keeps the parcel for 10 days and then send it back to us. In this last case payment will be required for a new shipment.

ORDERS NOT ARRIVED
If you don't receive the package within 10/15 working days contact us woodstockzambonassistance@gmail.com. If your package returns to the company, a payment will be requested for a shipment, so always check with the tracking code and in your e-mail address even if you have received communications.
